As such the College is celebrating the approval of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy with the launch of CCBC’s DEI video. The College’s DEI Policy is a framework that was developed to align recruitment and retention processes with the values of an inclusive culture that we strive to create and sustain. The DEI Policy was also established to support inclusive practices and respectful decision making through the incorporation of diverse perspectives.
DEI Policy Background Information
