On June 17, 2020, the Board of the College of Chiropractors of BC approved a standardized Policy Process to support the operations of the regulator moving forward by highlighting:
- Description of the CCBC policy cycle;
- Agreement on components of the CCBC policy cycle;
- Support for the Registrar’s/Chair’s role in managing issues throughout the policy cycle; and,
- Support for the Registrar’s role in determining the form of consultation and communication that may be required for any issue.
To ensure the applicability and relevancy of the policy process, it will be evaluated on an annual basis.
