This transition was effective as of March 01, 2009. A general review of government’s legislation reform and related matters can be found at the following link of the Ministry of Health – Legislation and Professional Regulation.
The Health Professions Act (HPA) is a copyrighted document available from the Queen’s Printer. The HPA establishes regulations and bylaws which determine authorities and responsibilities of the College of Chiropractors of BC’s Board in regulating BC’s chiropractic doctors.
