On June 25, 2023 the Board of the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia (CCBC) approved amendments to the CCBC Bylaws that are subject to the notice requirements described in section 19(6.2) of the Health Professions Act. Notice of these proposed amendments is hereby provided to the public by posting of the following:
– a copy of the June 26, 2023 notice letter sent to the Ministry of Health;
– a copy of the Board’s June 25, 2023 resolution with a schedule describing the proposed amendments, and
– a clean copy of the Bylaws incorporating the amendments.
The CCBC is requesting a shortened notice period from the Minister of Health. Therefore, the CCBC is asking that any comments concerning the proposed amendments be sent to the CCBC and the Ministry of Health no later than 4:30 p.m. on July 20, 2023.
