The College of Chiropractors of British Columbia (the College) convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 within 60 days of received requests from 15% or more of College registrants.

The College received four special resolutions under s.9(2) of the Bylaws to remove four elected Board Members at this EGM. Each of the four special resolutions was defeated. Drs. Jennifer Forbes, Chris Anderson, Paul Dhaliwal and Johnny Suchdev remain on the Board.

The College would like to acknowledge and thank registrants and members of the public who attended this meeting. At its peak, a total of 702 full registrants and 32 members of the general public were in attendance at the EGM.

Only full registrants who were present at the meeting were eligible to vote on the resolutions. Results of the votes for each of the four special resolutions can be found in the July 20, 2021 EGM Minutes.
