July 20, 2021 – Extraordinary General Meeting Registration

Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) Registration

As was previously announced, the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia (the ‘College’) has received multiple requests under s. 33(5)(b) of the College Bylaws, from 15% or more of College registrants, to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM). Accordingly, the Board has approved the convening of a ‘virtual’ EGM from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, being within 60 days following the College’s receipt of the meeting requests, as required under the Bylaws.  Read the original notice

To attend the virtual EGM attendees must register through the Webinar Registration web page. Please register by no later than 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, 2021 to secure your attendance. We encourage anyone who wishes to attend this meeting to complete your registration early where possible. This will help with a smooth and successful registration process.

There are two types of virtual tickets. Please only choose one type of ticket for your registration:

1.CCBC Full Registrant: CCBC Full Registrants should register under this category to be added to the voter list. You will be asked to submit your Chiropractor ID (a.k.a. License Number, 6 digits, e.g. 006598). If you do not know your Chiropractor ID, please use the CCBC Public Registry to search for your registrant information.

Please do not submit your MSP (billing) number (5 digits). CCBC can no longer identify our registrants by their MSP number. Any inaccurate information may result in being excluded from the speaker/voter list.

2. General Admission: General public, CCBC stakeholders and CCBC registrants who are currently not under Full status, please register under “General Admission.”

After registration, within 6 to 7 business days, you will receive a confirmation email containing webinar joining information. You will also receive a reminder with the link and password one day before the EGM. Please do not share the link or password with others as it is unique to you. Please check your junk mail if you cannot locate this confirmation email.
