Complaints & Discipline

As the regulatory body for chiropractic doctors in British Columbia, the College of Chiropractors of BC is responsible, under provincial legislation, for serving and protecting the public. The regulator does this by ensuring that registrants practice in a competent, safe and ethical manner in accordance with the Health Professions Act (the HPA), the Chiropractors Regulation, other applicable statutes and regulations, and the College’s Bylaws and Professional Conduct Handbook.

As part of its regulatory function, the College receives and reviews complaints about chiropractors in accordance with processes outlined in the Health Practitioners Act and the Bylaws.
